The General Manager Role
* Experience of 2 years in a high volume, quality-led Restaurant in London
* Proven track record of inspiring and motivating a large team
* Maximise revenue by controlling the flow of customers and table management
* Ensure all restaurants are impeccably presented and kept to a high standard
* Able to control wage percentage in line with targets
* Good understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP
* Responsible for the financial performance of the businesses
* Managing and exceeding guest expectations at all times
* Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome
* Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
* Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
* A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
