(FTE £25,342.44 per annum)
Hours: 16 hours per week
Shifts: Shifts start from 8:30am and end at 9pm (Sleep-ins are required)

About Eccles Road…
Located in a quiet residential area of Ipswich, Eccles Road sits within easy reach of local shops and benefits from excellent bus connections, including routes 13, 15 and 15A. The service provides tailored support for our tenants with Learning Disabilities and empowers them to live as independently and confidently as possible.
What you'll be doing:
* Offer personalised support, which may include personal care, medication assistance, household tasks, and tenancy management.
* Working closely with your team to support tenants to live confidently and independently in their own homes.
* Show empathy, creativity, and encouragement, helping tenants take positive risks that promote growth and independence.
* Ensure each tenant feels listened to and respected, with genuine choice in their day‑to‑day lives.
* Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records in line with CQC standards and Orwell policies.
* Build positive, inclusive working relationships with tenants, families, colleagues, and external professionals.

* QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care, or equivalent, is desirable
