* Bank reconciliations
* Purchase Ledger Management
* VAT returns
* CIS returns
* CIS subcontractor verifications
* Payroll
* PAYE returns
* Pension calculations and uploads
* Employee payroll portal access with online payslips/P60s, etc.
* Invoice finance reconciliations, drawdowns, and uploads
* Credit control
* Legal collection via our partner solicitor
* Debtor liaison and dispute resolution
* Recruitment contractor self-bill creation and end-user invoice creation with bespoke online timesheet upload system for contractors and sign-off by line managers
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Worthing. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to secure new clients, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will also conduct market research, prepare business proposals, and collaborate with the operations team.
Qualifications/Skills
* Demonstrable Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
* Experience in market research and developing business strategies
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to manage client relationships
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience in the business services, financial services, or technology industry is a must
* Ability to fit in with our small team and build internal relationships
