Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
* Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in hotels or commercial establishments.
* Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as needed.
* Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
* Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe environment for all.
* Assist with cooking or food preparation when required, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
Experience
* Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
* Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel settings is an advantage.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and guests.
* A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adhere to company standards.
