Job Description:
Who we are looking for:
The Director of Professional Services provides leadership, vision, and growth strategy for the Application and Identity Governance Technical Community. Ensures high-quality, profitable service engagements that build a trusted advisor relationship with clients. Manages key metrics for consulting (utilization, profitability, revenue growth, customer satisfaction) for the Identity Governance organization.
Acts as the reporting point for all individual contributors throughout the Professional Services organization. The Director is responsible for the care and development of the entire delivery team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop partnerships across other service and domain areas
* Manage a services team of over 10 members
* Focus on client satisfaction during service delivery
* Oversee engagement schedules and resource utilization
* Maintain key sales tools for Application and Identity Governance
* Develop vendor and partner relationships within Identity Governance
* Build relationships across Solution Areas, Practices, and with sales leadership; mentor team members
* Ensure the skills and capabilities of the delivery team maximize quality, performance, and billability
* Train and equip resources to meet customer expectations
* Handle personnel performance and escalations
* Enhance and streamline product security service offerings
* Grow, develop, and retain team members
* Assist sales in identifying and closing new business opportunities
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in information security and/or professional services
* At least 8 years in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management
* 5+ years in mentoring and managing professional services teams
* Deep understanding of consulting financial metrics
* Experience leading delivery projects with successful client outcomes
* Knowledge of Application Governance, IAM, Governance, User Lifecycle Management, and Identity Data Management
* Experience with Pathlock, SailPoint, and Saviynt solutions
* Experience delivering services across multiple industry verticals
* Experience building consulting offerings and taking them to market
* Understanding of cybersecurity trends and threats
* Strong communication skills
* Desire to grow and mentor others
* Experience with enterprise software or systems integrators
* Client and partner communication experience
* Managing multiple projects experience
* Consulting, project planning, resource management, and solution implementation experience
