Then do read on. As this role becomes available due to an internal promotion into the Infrastructure team. This isn’t a remote gig. You’ll be onsite in Central London, working across head office and various sites. If you like variety, you’ll love it. If you hate leaving your desk, you won’t.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting everything from Level 1 to basic level 3 issues, hardware, software, networks.
* Setting up sites, rolling out OS upgrades, managing mobile devices.
* Troubleshooting Active Directory, Windows, Apple OS, SCCM, Intune.
* Keeping things moving when projects hit snags.
What we’re looking for
* At least 3 years in deskside support or similar.
* You know your way around AD, Windows, networking, and cloud concepts.
* Comfortable with SCCM, Intune, imaging, and remote tools.
* You can explain tech without sounding like a manual.
* ITIL knowledge is a bonus. PowerShell scripting? Even better.
The deal
* £200 per day (Inside IR35).
* Primarily 4 or 5 days a week onsite.
* 3 month temp-to-perm. c. £42k–£44k + benefits.
