Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager who will also sometimes act as a Community Engagement Coordinator. This multifaceted role involves strategic planning and delivering innovative marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and referral growth, alongside fostering strong community partnerships to support domiciliary care services. The role is primarily field based, requiring extensive local travel; therefore, holding a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is mandatory.
As a key member of the management team, you will contribute directly to business growth, with bonuses paid for meeting financial and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to generate leads and secure private client care packages across Leicester and Leicestershire.
* Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns, and service launches promoting Global Care Group Ltd’s private care services.
* Manage and produce online content, including website copy and social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
* Conduct market research, analyse data, and define target audiences for effective outreach.
* Build and maintain media relations with local and regional press to elevate brand presence.
* Organize promotional events, interviews, and community activities supporting service visibility.
Community Engagement Coordinator Duties (Intermittent)
* Design and implement comprehensive community engagement plans to increase awareness and accessibility of domiciliary care services.
* Establish and nurture relationships with local health and social care providers, community groups, families, and caregivers.
* Coordinate and participate in community events, workshops, and information sessions educating the public about care options.
* Serve as liaison between Global Care Group and the community, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth communication.
* Conduct assessments for individuals or families seeking care services.
* Collect and analyse client and community feedback to inform service improvements.
* Support development of marketing materials tailored to community engagement needs.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes to support reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2-5 years experience in business development, sales, Marketing in Health & Care Sector.
* Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans and achieve referral targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
* Experience in event planning and networking.
* Valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
* Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends and early/late starts as required.
