As part of the programme, you will receive tools, experience, and training to develop your skills in project, programme, and portfolio management (P3M). You will benefit from top-tier training within the project management framework, including soft skills such as negotiation, conflict resolution, facilitation, problem solving, decision making, and emotional intelligence. The training involves scenario-based learning with practical application workshops.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
* Implement change management processes ensuring alignment with requirements.
* Ensure the Performance Measurement Baseline reflects information about authorized changes.
* Lead Change Management forums, ensuring actions are captured and progressed.
* Assess and implement change impacts accurately into the Performance Measurement Baseline and Configuration Management Baseline.
* Manage the project change register and impact assessments.
* Process all change requests and related tasks.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to view problems from multiple perspectives.
* Professional commitment to high quality and a passion for learning.
* Experience in delivery or risk environments within engineering, oil and gas, construction, logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, education, or similar fields.
