Campbell Tickell are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join a charity based in Birmingham. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects including Property and Facilities Management and Governance and Strategy. This is a leadership role that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, reporting to the Chief Executive.

Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for the charities facilities management and compliance function relating to the charities estate.
* Oversee the current research project into housing needs, supporting the Chief Executive by leading any resulting service developments
* Overseeing the maintenance of the grounds and gardens and liaising with property advisors to develop the maintenance plans.
* Monitoring the compliance and safety testing, ensuring the reporting is carried out effectively within the required timeframes set.
* Overseeing the preperation of agendas, reports and action plans.
* Management of external contractors.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goal
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a managerial role, specialising in housing and facilities management.
* Hold a great understanding of landlord compliance.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and work collaboratively with teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
* Experience of effectively communicating at Board level.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
