Tagged Resources is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team based in Solihull. This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality-focused company in a key position within the business.
The Role of Customer Service Advisor:
* Provide outstanding support to customers via phone and email.
* Understanding customers’ needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible.
* Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone
* Handling pre and post-sales customer queries
* Liaising with courier companies
* Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish.
* Processing orders via Sage
* Processing returns/credits via Sage
* Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied
What Tagged Resources is looking for:
* Experience working within a fast-paced working environment and keen to be part of and assist the team.
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* Friendly and dynamic individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A passion for customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Ability to problem-solve and follow processes accurately.
