Due to continued growth, our client based in Ipswich is looking to recruit full-time Machine Operators to join their team on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous machine operating experience to secure stable work in a friendly and supportive environment. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating weekly shifts:
6:00am 2:00pm
2:00pm 10:00pm
No weekend work required
Key Duties: Machine operation and basic factory work
Manual handling, including some heavy lifting
Use of hand and power tools
Requirements: Previous machine operating experience is essential
Comfortable with physical work and fast-paced environments
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
