Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Part time Sales Advisor at our new Gretna concession. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and set an exemplary standard of customer service in the shop at all times. You will enjoy dealing with our customers in a friendly and efficient manner and will always be happy to help with any queries they may have.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the stockrooms are maintained to a high standard, and the shop is clean, neat and tidy at all times.
* Be capable of clear and concise written and verbal communication.
* Be an excellent timekeeper.
* Have full awareness of security issues (e.g. stock loss prevention).
* Give advice and suggestions where necessary.
* Engage with the customer and make them feel welcome.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* Enjoy giving great customer service and achieving goals.
* Experience in a retail environment, ideally outdoor industry, is preferred but not essential.
* Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
* Good customer service and selling skills.
* Well presented and friendly personality.
* Flexible and IT literate.
