We are seeking professional and proactive
Conveyancing Secretary or Conveyancing Executive
candidates to support and grow our residential conveyancing team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, some previous relevant experience and a keen eye for detail who is looking to join a friendly and supportive environment.
Candidates should be highly motivated and seeking opportunities for upskilling and progression within the firm, as our firm strategy seeks to prioritise internal progression. We are seeking to hire for multiple roles at various experience levels, and are keen to hear from candidates with their career development plan as early as interview stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document preparation and amendments
* Developing and applying legal understanding
* Engaging with live transactional legal matters at all stages
* Supporting and learning from a senior lawyer on their matters
* Opening new client files and issuing correspondence
* Providing quotes and archiving completed files
* Handling telephone and in-person client interactions
* Scheduling appointments and assisting with general and legal queries
* Liaising with the Accounts team for cheques and documentation
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments
* General clerical duties including filing and photocopying
