We currently have an opportunity for a fulltime senior care assistant to join our small team
as a senior you will be expected to help manage all resident's medication incl ordering and administering and take responsibility of day to day running of the home, incl devising and updating care plans risk assessments, working closely with the manager, speaking to health care professional's when needed and liaising with other members of the MDT.
You will need to have a working knowledge of regulation and governance
you will lead the staff to look after our residents and promote person centred care, tasks incl assisting residents with all aspects of daily living,
* Assisting the delivery of quality personal care to our residents
-providing emotional support to individuals and their families
* completing mandatory training and designated training
NVQ 3
driving licence desirable
