Overview
Our well-established client is based in Corby, and Barker Ross Group are currently supporting them with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis!
The hours of work will be 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday, along with biweekly on call rotation duties. The salary offered is £65,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Line management of a team of multi skilled engineers
* PPM and reactive maintenance schedule management
* Budget responsibility for the engineering department
* KPI metrics and analysis
* Continuous improvement and compliance management
* Health & safety management of the department
Role Requirements
* Experienced Engineering Manager
* Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience
* FMCG automated warehouse experience
* Ability to produce and present KPI reports and performance metrics
