About the Role
Reporting to: Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of MEP projects across Scotland. You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring safe, high-quality and compliant delivery, while providing leadership, guidance and development to Project Managers and Contract Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works, including Builder’s Work where required.
* Manage projects from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.
* Act as senior interface with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Project Managers and site teams.
* Manage programme, cost and risk in conjunction with the commercial team.
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety legislation and quality standards.
* Champion a strong health & safety culture across all projects.
* Oversee BIM coordination, commissioning and final handover processes.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering MEP or Building Services projects at a senior level.
* Strong knowledge of UK and Scottish regulations, including healthcare environments.
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercially astute with strong programme control experience.
* Experience working with BIM and modern construction methods (prefabrication/OSM).
