Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator with a passion for Golf to support a growing business in Basingstoke. This is a part time role starting off working 2 to 3 days a week.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
o Answering incoming calls and managing the inbox
o Carrying out data entry tasks on Salesforce
o Ordering office and workshop supplies
o Managing customer appointments
o Provide excellent customer service
o Liaising regularly with US team to chase and expediate orders, resolve delays ect
o Maintain and update customer records
o Produce reports and spreadsheets
o Assist in the warehouse with light production duties
o Maintain an organised and well stocked workshop environment
Requirements:
o Previous administrative experience
o Passion for Golf
o Strong Microsoft Skills
o Excellent time management and ability to hand a fast-paced workload
o Excellent customer service experience
The Role:
o £13.25 per hour
o 2 – 3 days per week (opportunity to increase in the future)
o Ongoing temp to perm role
