Senior Business Analyst / Up to £60,000 / Bolton 1-2 Days a Week (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change and maturing the Business Analysis function over the next few months. This is a senior role, working closely with the Head of Transformation to help build out the Business Analysis Function.
What you'll do:
* Lead and manage complex transformation and change projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with the Head of Transformation to develop and expand the Business Analysis team.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting to shifting priorities.
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
* Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Apply change management principles to support adoption and minimize resistance to change.
What you bring:
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
* Knowledge of risk, change, and resource management within complex projects.
* Understanding of business analysis and its role in successful project delivery.
* Experience in business transformation, digital change, and operational improvement initiatives.
* Proven ability to deliver projects in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
The role offers up to £60,000, with 1-2 days a week on-site in Bolton and the rest WFH.
