Overview
As a Sales Care Consultant, you''ll be at the heart of what we do—supporting clients from their first enquiry through to ongoing care. You''ll build trusted relationships, coordinate high-quality care plans, and contribute to business development efforts in the local area. This is a full-time role based with Home Instead Redditch and Bromsgrove.

Responsibilities
* Conduct in-home care assessments and create tailored care plans
* Build relationships with clients, families, and care professionals
* Monitor care delivery and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
* Assist with recruitment and care coordination where needed
* Promote our services locally and identify opportunities for growth
* Take part in the on-call rota, providing support outside of office hours on an evening and weekend rota basis
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Caring, proactive, and highly organised
* Experience in care, customer service, or sales (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
* Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
* Care: 1 year (required)
* Driving Licence (required)
* Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship) (required)
Additional information
* Salary: £24,200 per annum
* Benefits: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, on call one evening and one weekend (normally 1 in 6)
