Role responsibilities
* Manage and enhance the digital presence across multiple event brands, overseeing websites, analytics, and online campaigns.
* Lead website management, ensuring accuracy, speed, and seamless UX across all platforms.
* Develop and execute SEO, PPC, and remarketing strategies to increase reach and conversions.
* Create and maintain marketing dashboards to monitor traffic, revenue, and ROI.
* Produce and optimise digital content across social media, web, and email channels.
* Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams on campaign delivery and budget management.
* Support data capture and CRM integration, ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Plan and execute social media and influencer partnerships to drive engagement and growth.
* Provide monthly reporting and insights to improve performance across all channels.
* Attend live events to capture digital content and enhance online storytelling.
* Candidate background / the right fit
o 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within events, e-commerce, or consumer sectors.
o Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
o Experienced with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and basic HTML/CSS.
o Skilled in SEO, paid media, and digital performance reporting.
o Proactive, analytical, and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
o Strong communication and content creation skills with creative flair.
o Experience with CRM, email automation, or personalisation tools is desirable.
o Understanding of UX, CRO, and data-driven optimisation techniques.
