We’re looking for a House Manager to lead our team in a well-established home for children and young people in Inverclyde. This is a leadership role for someone who understands what it means to create a therapeutic environment through a trauma informed lens. What You’ll Do
You’ll guide a team of Senior Team Leaders and Residential Childcare Workers, helping them grow in confidence and skill while upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding. You’ll create a nurturing environment where young people can heal, thrive, and build trusting relationships with the adults around them.

Qualifications & Experience
10. SVQ 4 / SCQF Level 9 in Children and Young People, plus HNC or equivalent
11. Working or willing to work towards full SSSC registration for the House Manager role.
12. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership/ Management role
13. Proven experience supervising staff in a residential setting
14. Skilled in leading teams through challenging behaviours and complex situations
