Service Advisor
Pembrook Resourcing is currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of their client to work in the aftersales department at their dealership.
The ideal Service Advisor should have:
* Previous experience in a service role (preferred).
* A passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
* Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple duties efficiently.
* Strong communication skills, both telephone and face-to-face.
* Good administration skills, confident in using computers, and able to organize and prioritize work.
Key responsibilities of the Service Advisor include:
* Building rapport with customers and providing outstanding care.
* Identifying customer needs and helping to achieve sales targets by selling technician labor and products.
* Booking customer vehicles for servicing to maximize labor utilization and efficiency.
* Arranging alternative transport for customers (courtesy cars where possible) and coordinating vehicle pick-up and delivery.
* Managing and following up on all work in progress, liaising with customers, Workshop Controllers, and Technicians to meet deadlines.
* Ensuring customers understand the service charges and work carried out, involving technical advisers for queries when necessary.
