Key Account Manager – Rigids Division
At kp, we are celebrating sustainable packaging innovation. We seek a Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of the UK’s largest strategic accounts for our Rigids division.
Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients.
* Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets and maximise upselling.
* Negotiation & Promotion: Lead trade terms, pricing, and promotional negotiations.
* Market & Data Analysis: Analyse trends, sales data, and customer insights.
* Budget & Forecasting: Manage budgets and provide accurate forecasts.
* Internal Collaboration: Partner with product development, logistics, marketing, operations.
* Reporting & Performance: Prepare regular performance reports.
* Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
* Product Representation: Present new products and relay market demand.
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales or account management experience in packaging or FMCG.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce) and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Strategic thinker with ability to translate insight into commercial plans.
