About The Role
Working Days: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Main Purpose:
The FM Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and lead of scheduling and administration functions managing incoming calls, workforce planning and reactive maintenance. Reporting to the Contract Manager, to work as part of the Contract Management Team, carrying out the duties below.
Duties & Responsibilities
* To work closely with the contract management team, other FES stakeholders and take the lead on all aspects of the contract administration and scheduling function.
* Manage end to end process for all contract reactive works and associated workflows to ensure successful and compliant delivery.
* Prioritisation and implementation of emergency reactive responses and associated contract escalation.
* Ensuring planned maintenance tasks are planned and scheduled in according to SFG20 requirements.
* To achieve the teams agreed performance targets and objectives
* Direct line management of FM Scheduler
* Maintaining maintenance and reactive records
* Covering the duties of scheduler during annual leave.
Skills & Knowledge
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent computer/IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Experience of operating in a hard services delivery environment
* Clear communicator with colleagues and client
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Process orientated with an ability to raise any areas that could be open to improvement
* Positive approach to work and high pace environment and make decisions quickly
* Previous experience in a customer facing role (Customer Services, Admin, PA, Project Management)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and make effective decisions quickly
