THE ROLE
We’re looking to appoint a number of Rally Raid Technicians to support our evolving Rally Raid team (both Event & Test Teams).
A comprehensive test schedule is nearly underway, and we’re looking for a number of Rally Raid Technicians to support the programme.
The roles require a high level of technical knowledge and there is a requirement for world travel as well as a flexible approach to working hours. Previous rally raid experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
The role responsibilities include:
Building, set-up & commissioning of the current Ford Raptor T1+, as well as future developments.
Ensuring all components of the car are safety joined and meeting a consistently high quality of build throughout.
Assisting with fault diagnosis.
Working closely with Engineers and Senior Technicians with development work.
Engage with all Technicians and other team members at all tests, events, and in the workshop to promote teamwork and effective communication.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking to bring a group of self-motivated team players together with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have good communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to all team members.
You should share our determination to deliver a winning performance for the very best results.
