What You’ll Be Doing Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with PMLD Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and healthcare professionals Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment Monitoring progress using EHCP targets and personalised outcomes Supporting pupils with sensory, communication, and physical needs Building strong relationships with families and external professionals What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching or supporting pupils with PMLD, SLD, or complex needs Strong understanding of sensory and communication-based approaches A patient, nurturing, and adaptable teaching style Ability to lead and support a classroom team Commitment to inclusive education Teachers with mainstream or SEN experience and a genuine interest in complex needs are encouraged to apply.
