Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Proactively manage a personal client book, nurturing long-term loyalty through consistent, thoughtful follow-ups and personalized service.
* The Art of Discovery: Use deep active listening to uncover what makes a customer tick. You will identify their motivations, aesthetic preferences, and emotional drivers to present the perfect piece.
* Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets and KPIs (e.g., Average Transaction Value, Conversion Rates, and Data Capture).
* Referral Generation: Provide such an exceptional, personable experience that clients naturally become brand ambassadors, driving new business through word-of-mouth.
* Closing with Grace: Confidently navigate high-value negotiations and overcome objections using product expertise and emotional intelligence.
* After-Sales Care: Oversee the end-to-end journey, from initial enquiry to post-purchase check-ins, ensuring the luxury experience never falters.
