Residential Property Solicitor – 3 PQE Permanent | Hybrid Working | Bromley / Sevenoaks A strong residential conveyancing opportunity has become available with a highly regarded Top 500 law firm seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (3 years’ PQE) to join its busy conveyancing team. This role is ideal for a technically confident lawyer with solid experience managing residential property work who is ready for increased responsibility and client ownership within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for managing your own end-to-end residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to exchange, completion and post-completion formalities. The role requires exceptional client care, commercial awareness and the ability to work independently, handling all aspects of transactional residential work with accuracy and efficiency. Building new client relationships and contributing to the growth of the conveyancing practice through networking, referrer development and marketing activity will also be key to success in this role.
