What will you be doing?
We are seeking a motivated and sales oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be supporting the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers, ensuring they achieve their potential. You will handle back‑office tasks such as holidays and rotas, and set the sales floor ablaze with your enthusiasm and lead by example.

People who are level‑headed, mature minded, with enthusiasm, energy, and drive. The role can be demanding and requires commitment to some weekend work as well as weekdays.
