Offer description

Responsibilities:

* Input Orders onto warehouse management system

* Updating stock list and performing stock checks

* Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
* Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
* Work closely with the warehouse and accounts team to ensure the smooth daily running of the business

* Utilize computerized systems and software to manage data and information

* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Manage and update company databases and records

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite

* Confidence to work closely with warehouse and accounts departments

* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
* Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners.

* Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required

This Office Administrator role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential in this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
