RINA is currently recruiting for a UK Tender Advisor to join its office in Leatherhead within the RINA Consulting IFI Commercial and Tender Management Division.
What You'll Do
1. Manage Procurement Portals: Monitor portals, onboard new frameworks, and retrieve tender packs.
2. Support Client Onboarding: Handle requirements for new clients and maintain accurate records.
3. Scout Opportunities: Collaborate with Business Development to qualify potential bids.
4. Coordinate Tender Submissions: Assist with multiple bids and manage specific requirements independently.
5. Ensure Compliance: Review documents to meet client and company standards, resolving risks early.
6. Organise Documentation: Maintain clear, consistent proposal files and adhere to retention policies.
7. Drive Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback, track performance, and build a library of best practices.
What We're Looking For
• Experience in commercial, bid, or business development (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of UK public sector procurement rules and tender processes.
• Strong planning, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Dynamics and MS Teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively across international teams and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable:
• APMP Foundation certification.
• Familiarity with the Shipley process.
• Background in engineering or technical services.
