Job Title: Director of Nursing – NMC Registered
Location: South London (Office-Based)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9am–5pm
Setting: Complex Homecare – Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities
About the Role
Leaders in Care is partnering with a respected and growing provider of complex homecare services to recruit a Director of Nursing based in South London.
This is an exciting senior opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee and lead care delivery across services supporting individuals with:
* Physical disabilities (including brain and spinal injuries)
* Mental health needs
* Learning disabilities
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of national clinical operations, leading a team of Registered Managers and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure consistently high standards of care, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong clinical leadership as Director of Nursing, managing multi-site clinical teams
* Maintain robust oversight of care quality, safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance
* Lead on workforce development, training, supervision, and recruitment
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless service delivery
* Drive continuous improvement in clinical governance and care outcomes
Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse
* Experience in complex homecare or nurse case management
* Clinical background in physical disabilities, mental health, and learning disabilities
* Proven leadership of regional or multi-site clinical teams
* Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of achieving “Good” or above
Salary and Benefits
* £80,000 – £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience
* 10% annual performance bonus
* 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
