Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Mental Health Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to a client based in Lincoln. The role involves offering practical and emotional support to help promote the clients wellbeing, independence, and overall quality of life.
Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, encouraging participation in community and social activities, supporting the client to attend appointments, and helping them develop positive coping strategies. The successful candidate will monitor the clients wellbeing, maintain accurate records, and deliver support in a respectful, person-centred manner.
