Role Overview
Join as a Behavioural Support TA to support children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing coordinated behaviour strategies and trauma-informed approaches to foster resilience, engagement, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain Individual Behaviour/Support Plans (BSPs) to support pupils with SEMH needs.
* Provide 1:1 and group support, using trauma-informed and restorative practice to manage emotional responses.
* Build trusting relationships with pupils to encourage positive behaviour and learning habits.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external practitioners to monitor progress and adapt support strategies.
* Promote a calm, structured, and safe learning environment across school settings.

Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, or complex SEN.
* Skilled in behaviour management, trauma-informed practice, or restorative approaches
* Strong communicator with empathy, resilience, and patience.
* Committed to building long-term relationships to support pupils’ personal and academic growth.
