This is a unique opportunity to retrain as a Mobile Plant Training Engineer. You’ll use your existing practical experience and knowledge to become a trainer and assessor, delivering cutting-edge courses in Mobile Hydraulics, Control Systems, and more.

What you’ll be doing (once trained):
* Delivering and developing mobile hydraulic and control system training courses
* Teaching and assessing candidates working towards CETOP Level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications
* Supporting the development of practical training facilities
* Acting as a Course Manager and Lead Tutor for bespoke and standard training programmes
* Working collaboratively with customers to understand and meet their training needs
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in mobile plant or heavy equipment maintenance
* Holds an HNC/HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline – or CETOP Level 3
* Can read and interpret hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams
* Understands mobile hydraulic systems and components such as pumps, valves, brakes, and transmissions
* Is a confident communicator and team player, ready to develop into a respected trainer
