Parts Advisor Vacancy in Worcester
1. Basic: £29,500
2. OTE: £38,000
3. Hours: 42 Hours Per Week - (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 12pm on a rota basis)
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join a busy and professional automotive dealership. This role would suit somebody with strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, and previous parts department experience.

What you’ll be doing:
9. Assisting the Parts Manager with daily department duties
10. Supporting workshop operations and vehicle health checks
11. Managing stock control and parts ordering
12. Receiving deliveries and processing returns
13. Handling customer enquiries via phone and in person
14. Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
15. Providing excellent customer service to workshop and retail customers
What we’re looking for:
16. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive role
17. Strong communication and organisational skills
18. Good computer system knowledge
19. Ability to work independently and within a team
20. Customer-focused and professional approach
21. Reliable and hard-working attitude
