THE ROLE:
1. Contract Manager for residential/ Social housing projects
2. Oversee the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle
3. Work closely with the site manager and commercial manager to develop and manage budgets for contracts
4. Maintain the IMS requirements, policies, and procedures.
THE PERSON:
5. New build experience in social housing
6. experience gained with a contractor rather than a housebuilder. (preferred not essential
7. In a Contracts Manager position at present
8. Live commutable to Kegworth
9. Full UK driving license
