Technical Coordinator – Residential Developer
A growing residential developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of a live housing scheme in Wembley.
Youll be supporting the Technical Manager, helping to keep designs coordinated, compliant, and moving at pace.
Location: Wembley (Site‑Based)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Package
The Role
* Support the technical delivery of a live residential development
* Coordinate consultants, drawings, and technical information
* Manage planning conditions and liaise with Building Control
* Respond to technical queries from site and construction teams
* Assist with approvals, utilities, and statutory submissions
What Theyre Looking For
* Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator
* Background working with a residential developer or housebuilder
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction
* Comfortable working site-based and interacting with site teams
