Job Title: Business Development Executive – Home Wellness
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £40k+). These figures do not include monthly incentives.
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and ambitious salesperson to join our growing team at Insignia Wellness. You'll introduce customers to our range of luxury showers, saunas, and home wellness products, generating new sales opportunities and building long-term client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales through proactive outreach and excellent service. You'll identify opportunities, close deals, and earn commission on every success.

What We're Looking For
* Previous sales experience (B2C or B2B) preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A self-starter with the confidence to close deals
* Passionate about home improvement, interiors, or wellness
