Overview
Senior Financial Planner position in a newly created role with a well-established, fully independent and provincial East London Financial Planning practice. Recruit Wealth are representing the client. The adviser should have an exemplary track record in giving advice to private clients, with a strong background in business development, securing new referrals and introducing new clients. The client has an existing client bank and travel to meet clients is expected; virtual technology is used for client interactions where appropriate.
The company provides full administration and paraplanning support. The opportunity includes a bonus package with a high basic salary and regular bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities
* Advise private clients with an exemplary track record in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions.
* Drive business development, secure new referrals, and convert leads to new client relationships.
* Meet existing clients and new prospects (travel is expected; some client meetings can be conducted virtually).
* Utilise available client bank to establish relationships and expand the practice’s advisory footprint.
* Utilise marketing resources and attend seminars (in-person and virtual) to generate new business leads.
* Receive full administration and paraplanning support to enable effective client service.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of Financial Planning experience.
* Holding CAS and SPS with the view to progressing toward Chartered status.
* Demonstrated ability in advising private clients and developing business pipelines.
