Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager - Nursing at Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK. The role involves managing the Wards and Day Case Unit, and overseeing staff including the Practice Based Educator.
This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shift coverage required.
Duties include:
* Leading the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to patient needs.
* Acting as a clinical leader and role model, working at least one clinical shift weekly, providing expert support.
* Ensuring individualized patient care aligns with standards and policies.
* Managing daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow.
* Handling staff rotas, leave, and ensuring KPI compliance.
* Supporting strategic and operational plans with leadership.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
* Proven leadership in senior nursing or clinical management.
* Strong knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, and health policies.
* Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and coordinate in a dynamic setting.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Financial acumen including budgeting and resource management.
* Data analysis and risk response capabilities.
Salary & Benefits include:
