Job Summary:
The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of Blenheim Court. This role ensures the building is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained, while also serving as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Maintenance:
* Supervise and coordinate daily building operations.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
* Manage reception, maintenance, cleaning and security services, ensuring cleanliness and security standards are maintained.
2. Tenant Relations:
* Act as the primary liaison for tenants, addressing concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly.
* Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
* Ensure compliance with building rules and regulations.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management:
* Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors and service providers.
* Create and track purchase orders and review service contracts.
