SF Executive is working on a retained basis with a private equity-backed business in search of a Financial Controller to join their team in Bournemouth.
Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will be responsible for managing and developing the finance function and driving continuous process improvement to support business growth.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, technically astute qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with strong people management and leadership skills. You should have the ability to work flexibly with the CFO and other senior managers to collaboratively create value.

The client operates a hybrid working policy with an expectation of 2-3 days in the office per week, depending on weekly requirements.
