Hours- Flexible
Rate of Pay- £90-120 per day (dependent upon experiences)

Do you have the confidence to deliver a range of lessons within a secondary school?
All lessons are pre-planned and materials are provided for you, your role is to confidently deliver these lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
We're in collaboration with an excellent school who pride themselves on their core values of respect and resilience, to appoint a reliable cover supervisor who can work on a flexible basis.
The role entails:
- Delivering a range of pre-planned lessons covering various subjects across the secondary curriculum- there is no planning and marking!
- Managing classroom behaviours effectively and ensure it is a calm and positive learning enviornment at all times
- Keeping calm under pressure and escalating concerns appropriately
- Communicating effectively with staff within the school, being a confident and postive individual
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience as a cover supervisor or relevant experience working with secondary-aged children
- can be adaptable and can remain calm in stressful situations
- has a basic knowledge of the national curriculum
- can confidently lead lessons and provide relevant, accurate feedback to senior staff members

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
