I’m currently recruiting for a well-organised and dependable Office Support/Receptionist to join a leading housing developer based in Mid Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a company that genuinely values and invests in its team.
My client is seeking a confident, articulate individual to manage front-of-house responsibilities while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling front-of-house duties or office management.
Duties include:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager as needed
Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Manage office supplies, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post efficiently
Set up meeting rooms and ensure they are clean, tidy, and ready for use
Arrange catering as needed, including ordering lunches and serving refreshments such as tea and coffee to guests
To be considered for this role you must have/be:
Proven experience in reception or office management roles
Confident and approachable with a friendly, professional demeanour
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Genuine interest in the housebuilding industry or administrative work
