Lead Project Professional role managing small projects or parts of larger projects, supporting Project Managers or the Head of Project. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, leading small teams, and applying project management practices across various circumstances.

Role Responsibilities
* Perform advanced project reporting and scheduling.
* Undertake advanced problem solving based on experience.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business processes and procedures.
* Utilize administration and office skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Lead small projects or work packages within larger projects.
* Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring customer needs and benefits are met.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks; apply appropriate PM methods and tools; develop realistic plans; track activities; manage stakeholder involvement.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
* Application of PM competencies at this level.
* Typically requires a University Degree or substantial practical experience.
* PM Qualification such as APM Project Management Qualification preferred.
* Knowledge of PM policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
* Demonstrated comprehensive PM experience and ability to guide others.
* Understanding of project-specific and business environment.
* Proficiency in project management tools, techniques, and practices.
