Head of B2C Operations & Live Commerce

Our client based in Peterborough are a fast-growing group of fashion companies with a 10-year track record and an established online retail presence. Their business continues to scale year on year, and 2026 marks an exciting next phase as we expand intoonline live-sellingand new B2C opportunities.
They are now looking for adynamic, entrepreneurial leaderto head up our B2C operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role heading up their online store and building a team to launch live-commerce operations. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the business while also building and launching an entirely new live-selling arm from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing online retail operations, including stock uploads, product launches, buying, and merchandising
* Managing and developing marketing activity to drive growth
* Taking ownership of operational processes and performance, and delivering agreed revenue targets
* Launching and scaling a newonline live-sellingchannel
* Recruiting, building, and managing a live-selling team
* Developing strategy, structure, and workflows for this new business segment
* Working closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial growth
About You

Experience with live-selling, social commerce, or content-led retail is a bonus, but not essential.
