About the Role
TheOrderly team is a clinical support group to hospital services, and the leader roleis responsible for proactively organising the team toensure smooth and efficient service delivery of daily operations. The rolefacilitates a consistent approach to service delivery by ensuing staff have theright coaching and training to perform their duties safely. The leader will alsoat times cover some orderly duties.
About you
This role will suitsomeone with proven leadership and coaching skills, who has experience in a healthcaresetting providing services to stakeholders, including patients. It is expectedthat the person will have an appreciation of budget management, can think, planand act strategically and at the same time relate to a wide range of people witha high standard of verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience as an orderly beneficial.

* Flexibleand adaptable and can prioritise tasks so services are met.
* Provenexperience with rostering of staff
* IntermediateMicrosoft office skills
* The right to work and live in NewZealand.
* Current NZDrivers Licence
