MISSIONSAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CONTENT EDITING
* Support the end-to-end editing and production of video content tailored for social media and diverse digital platforms.
* Adapt content to platform-specific formats, ensuring rigorous technical accuracy and stylistic consistency.
* Prepare rough cuts, selects, and captions, managing revisions based on stakeholder feedback to meet high-level standards.
* Monitor emerging video trends, formats, and tools to ensure FIA content remains at the forefront of digital storytelling.
* Organize raw footage, project files, and digital assets in alignment with established professional workflows and file management systems.
* Maintain a structured Premiere Pro environment to allow for seamless handovers and collaborative editing within the team.
* Assist in the management and archiving of the FIA’s digital library, ensuring correct usage, permissions, and copyright compliance.
* Uphold best practices regarding accessibility and visual brand identity across all multimedia outputs.
TECHNICAL EXECUTION & ON-SITE SUPPORT
* Operate camera equipment and adjust settings (exposure, framing, composition) based on specific shooting conditions.
* Coordinate and track multimedia projects to ensure timely delivery against strict communications deadlines.
* Provide on-site support during global events, capturing footage and managing real-time content needs.
* Maintain a polyvalent technical profile with a priority focus on video editing, followed by filming and photography.
PROFILE:
* Bachelor’s degree in Film & Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related creative field
* 1–2 years of professional experience in video creation and editing, ideally within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (core skill) and a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
* Mandatory experience working within a Mac environment.
* Solid understanding of professional editing workflows, including clean folder structures and organized rushes.
* High level of organizational skill with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
* Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a significant advantage.
* Knowledge of motorsport or mobility is desirable but not essential.
Please note, this role is motorsport adjacent but will focus on the wide remit of the FIA President as head of the global governing body for mobility and motorsport.
This position is based at the FIA offices in London and requires occasional international travel and regular out-of-hours/weekend work to align with the global motorsport calendar.
