We’re partnering with a well established and renowned retail organisation that puts the customer at the heart of every decision. They’re investing heavily in data, and this role sits at the centre of that journey.

As the Customer Analytics Manager, you’ll lead, upskill and inspire a small team of analysts and own the delivery of projects that directly shape customer strategy and business performance.

You’ll translate complex data into insights that drives real world impact, influencing senior stakeholders through creative storytelling and actionable recommendations.

You will be central to shaping product launches whilst helping to maximise ROI on existing marketing campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

o Lead and mentor a growing team, setting high standards and building capability.
o Own analytics projects end to end, applying advanced techniques to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
o Partner with senior leaders, turning business challenges into analytical questions and actionable insights.
o Oversee reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to GDPR.
o Champion best in class use of data infrastructure, tools, and third party partners.
o Use SQL and modern BI tools to deliver clear, compelling insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll bring strong analytics experience (5+ years), a background in SQL and reporting, and proven people management skills. You’re commercially sharp, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, and able to explain complex ideas simply.

Experience with cloud platforms (Google BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio ) and customer or retail analytics would be a real advantage.
